Mukara Merideth, MSW, CHT

Mukara has 25 years experience in teaching, consulting, and working with the healing arts. A practicing Buddhist, she is a certified Hakomi Trainer and Therapist. Mukara integrates universal principles of healing into this new model of Leadership she developed and titles MATRIXWORKS™. This model allows us to facilitate the change and transformation inherent in groups. Since 1993 Mukara has been teaching Group Process and Group Dynamics as an adjunct faculty member at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. She also consults with businesses to help teams become more creative and able to function as living systems. Mukara is devoted to the practical application of world wisdom teachings in everyday life.



Anna Chitty, RCST, RPP
Boulder, CO
Anna has a wide and diverse training in the body-centered psycho-therapy systems, including Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing, Character Structure Work and Pia Mellody's Family Systems Therapy. She has been an extraordinary and distinguished teacher of Polarity and Craniosacral Therapy since 1979. Anna brings her high sense of perception, clear ability to read the field, and wide, loving heart to help us integrate the experience of being human. She will be weaving her expertise in the field of embodiment – how spirit embodies and enlivens form – into a deeper understanding of the group as a Living System.

Jane Harrington, Teacher
Jane has been involved in Matrixworks for the last 4 yrs. She is an Advanced Rolfer and has integrated Matrixworks into her teaching and work with the Rolf Institute Faculty. She co-teaches the MW Immersion with Mukara in Brazil.




Kate Mazuy, MW Teacher

Ines Lopez de Arriaga, MW Teacher
Ines Lopez de Arriaga has been involved with Matrixworks for 4 yrs. She brought MW to Mexico and is committed to building a culture of connection and compassion.

Doug McLean, MA, MW Teacher
Doug McLean has studied groups and communities for more than twenty years and has assisted the Matrixworks trainings for the past six years. He holds degrees in Math and Transpersonal Psychology, and currently owns a software company. Drawing on both theoretical understanding and meditative awareness, he brings attunement, clarity, open-heartedness, directness, and humor to his work with groups.

Doug Radandt, Teacher
Doug Radandt has been working with groups long before he even knew he was. With an interest in how emotions influence the body, he earned a Master in Body Psychology from Naropa University. Along the way, he discovered his affinity for how people interact together in a group. "At it's best, there is nothing like a group of people to hold the crucible of caring for a person's transformation."


Kat Shea, MW Teacher
Kat Shea is an extraordinary dancer, healer and Group Facilitator. She has been involved with Matrixworks for 8yrs. and knows how to keep a group alive with fun, insight and movement.




Anne Rogers
Anne Rogers, the Founder of Restorative Solutions is a nationally recognized leader, consultant and trainer in the restorative community justice movement. As a consultant, she works with communities and organizations throughout the country promoting understanding and implementation of restorative community justice principles and practices. Anne is an accomplished facilitator of groups, focus groups and strategic planning.

Locally, Anne is the Director of the Jefferson County Community Restorative Justice Program, providing restorative practices within criminal justice, schools, law enforcement, probation, human services and communities. Anne brings over 30 years of experience in the public sector, private business, government and non profit management.

Anne has worked extensively on high profile crime cases in Colorado, where she assisted in the coordination and delivery of services to the survivors and family members of the Oklahoma bombing, while they attended the McVeigh and Nichols trials in Denver. She also provided assistance to victims, schools and the community during the Columbine Shooting. Anne has facilitated dialogues and circles in a number of high profile cases of severe violence.

Anne incorporates Matrixworks in her consulting and director roles. As a trainer of Matrixworks, she is dedicated to assisting organizations in finding more satisfying, creative and productive work environments.


Susan Burks
Susan Burks is the owner and President of Burks Consulting, specializing in art and communications since 1992. She is known for developing innovative projects that utilize art, new media and organizational development tools to inspire and motivate creativity and to nurture transformative corporate cultures.

Long-term projects for a wide variety of industries and Fortune 100 companies includes: AT&T Corp., AT&T Labs, Disney Corp., Silicon Graphics, Gap Inc., The Carneros Inn, Sun Microsystems and Wescom Credit Union. In each case clients capitalize on Susan's ability to translate between artists, creative professionals, scientists, engineers and business executives toward shared and successful outcomes.

Susan regularly participates in conferences and symposiums that gather thought leaders from the arts, science and business world as part of her lifelong study of the nature of individual and collective transformation. In addition she has traveled throughout the world for over 25 years often living for extended periods of time on 6 continents and in over 30 countries. Perhaps more than any other activity this global immersion has been significant in nurturing a lifelong curiosity about the interconnected nature of all things.

Judy Meyers, R.N. Teacher
Judy is a teacher, a holistic clinical nurse specialist, a sociologist, a mother, a daughter, and a lover of life. A graduate of Murray State University (1975) and the University of Kentucky MSN (1979) and PhD (2005), she has extensive experience in nursing education, community development and health promotion. Judy is currently part of a group focused on organizational change for the blending of mind body therapies with conventional medical care in a small community hospital. She teaches a course entitled “Ancient Healing for the 21st Century and has long been an advocate for integration of complimentary and alternative therapies with Western Medicine and Nursing. In 2007 she received advanced training and certification in mind body medicine through the Center for Mind Body Medicine at Georgetown University.

Certified as a Matrixworks teacher in 2006, Judy is passionate about the healing potential of community and small groups. She loves the organic process, the application of new science to group theory and the depth of healing, that arises within the Matrixworks model of group work. Her matrixworks training built upon two transformative years of study with Parker Palmer, who advocates that 'we teach who we are.' Judy is supported on her journey to live the truth of who she is through the practice of Holotrophic Breathwork, meditation, hiking in deep woods and laughing as often as possible. Judy currently lives in Louisville Kentucky and has served on the faculty of the Indiana University Southeast School of Nursing (just across the Ohio River) since l998. In 2007 she received the Mid-West Excellence in Nursing Award for community service. However one of her greatest honors came when as an apprentice in matrixworks training she was named "a high-priestess of life offering the wisdom of many lifetimes with exquisite sensitivity".
